What's with all this personal trainer talk?
Some of the big turn offs to exercise are boredom, time required and injury... So one way to combat this is to employ a personal trainer who will write you programs that change regularly, fit in around you and your schedule be it at your home or at the gym and who will be looking to give you exercises for your ability with proper direction, to minimise the chance of any injury... So that's the answer to getting into shape... We all need to go out and get ourselves a personal trainer. But why don't we?? Because they are not always affordable! Instead, you can do boot camps with lots of other people to share the cost, and these are great but, um', doesn't that lose the 'personal' bit in personal trainer I hear you ask? You're right. So what you need is an affordable way to get great exercise program advice that is tailored just for you and your ability, that keeps you motivated and interested by changing as you develop, that allows you to train wherever and whenever, with equipment or without, and gives thorough guidance to how exercises should be carried out to minimise injuries.
