The system begins with asking you several questions, including goals, bio details, experience, injuries, equipment access, etc., all of which can be updated as things change. From this information it will put together an exercise program designed around you that will help best reach your personal goals, whilst always keeping things fresh and interesting. As you continue to develop you will be asked to fill in measurements, and how you did with your exercises. This will not only give you motivating information on how well you're doing but allows the system to keep pushing you as you become better at exercise and more experienced. Every effort has been made to limit access to exercises that may cause you injury, so if you're a beginner it will be sometime before the virtual personal training system gives you an advanced exercise, just the same as a real life personal trainer.
