I never stick to diets why will this one be any different?


Firstly we are not talking about going on a "diet" instead we are looking at your diet. We want to change your eating to a healthy effective new regime that will last. Many reasons for quitting and reverting to old eating habits are that you have chosen some extreme, unrealistic fad or crash diet, or, planning what you should eat either becomes boring because you stick with the same foods because you are unsure what you can or cannot eat. Plus it can be too much work planning all these different healthy meals "take out would be so much easier". That can unfortunately be true, take out can always be easier, however you need to put some effort in.


The Good News is that Fitness on the net has designed the system to make it as easy and interesting to eat healthy with most of the effort taken out..
